Jacques is in charge of the company overall management. He supervises all the Strategic and International Developments and Shareholder Relations.

Previously, Jacques was in charge of Strategy & Business Development for the Professional & Consumer Division of Alcatel. Among other missions he initiated, with several operators, new businesses based on fixed mobile convergence and e-commerce. Before that, Jacques worked for McKinsey & Co. Paris office as a Strategy Consultant and undertook missions in the area of Information Technology.

He started his career with Matra Marconi Space in Technical Development and Sales Management.

Jacques has an engineering degree from ENSERG/INPG (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique et de Radioélectricité de Grenoble) – France, and a MBA degree from INSEAD.

Bertrand leads the design of Transatel MVNE platform and the Product Development roadmap. Bertrand also manages the business development activities with Mobile Operators and the delivery of customised solutions for Transatel MVNO customers.

Previously, Bertrand worked for Bouygues Telecom France, as Manager for New Products & Services and as Director of the Mobile Internet activity. Before that, Bertrand worked for Sagem France, in technical development and project management. Bertrand first experience was with a UNIX System manufacturer in San Jose (California).

Bertrand has an engineering degree from the Polytechnic School of Lausanne (Switzerland), and a MBA degree from INSEAD (France).

Romain is in charge of both the R&D and the innovation program.

Previously, Romain was responsible for the value added services definition within the Alcatel mobile phone department. He was more specifically focusing on subjects related to security, mobile Internet and m-business. Romain was representing Alcatel into standardisation organisms like ETSI or WAP Forum. Before Alcatel, Romain spent 2 years in Japan. He was in charge of technological survey within the telecommunication field.

Romain has an engineering degree from ENSEEIHT (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique, d'Electrotechnique, d'Informatique et d'Hydraulique de Toulouse).

Nathalie is in charge of the development of the MVNO Retail activity. She joined Transatel in March 2007.

Previously, Nathalie was Marketing and Customer Care Manager for Coditel, the Belgian and Luxembourg cablo-operator of Altice group (Noos Numericable group). She also undertook missions in Marketing for Neuf Cegetel and Noos in France.

Nathalie has a doctorate in Economy from the ENST (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications).

Philippe is in charge of the Development of Partnerships with MVNOs on all the EMEA zone.

He took part in the first launchings of MVNOs in Northern Europe. Philippe also worked 6 years for American Express, where he was in charge of the Commercial Development of Partnerships for the « Corporate » offers. Among his missions, he developed several partnerships with airline companies, hotel groups and banks. Philippe also worked with Xerox as part of the Strategic Direction.

Philippe has a degree from ESLSCA Paris (Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées).

Julien is in charge of the Administration and Finances since 2006.

Previously, Julien worked 9 years in Financial Audit for Arthur Andersen, and then for Ernst & Young, where he was Senior Manager.Julien started his career in the “Commercial Bank” division of Paribas in Sydney.

Julien has a degree from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).

Philippe is in charge of the Technical Direction and of the Information Systems Direction. He joined Transatel in May 2007.

Previously, Philippe was responsible for the System Development for Numericable in Paris (Noos Numericable group). He also worked for Cegetel / SFR and Neuf Cegetel as Program Manager and Project Director.

Philippe has an engineering degree from EISTI (Ecole Internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l'Information).
